It has come upon me once again, and once again I have had a pretty unexciting day.

So what shall I talk about?

The 8,000 calories of sugar I ate during lab today? My velvet cake + cream cheese frosting turned out bomb!-- and the sugar rush after dessert, tachycardia!

How about I talk about my new love, simple, yet so powerful iced soy lattes.... plain coffee, no added sugar just simple dark goodness.... and soy milk. The caffeine in that thing, tachycardia!

I could also talk about a hug friend conversation I had today, it not only included the plans of a two-day road-trip, but my hug friend brought up the excitement of an overnight hotel stay on the way... a hint? Im not sure.. but these little clues of interest, tachycardia!

Maybe I will just fill you in on my amazing contest I won!

I was not sure if I wanted to share the deets of this whole thing, but decided its the best information for tachycardia tuesday!

As you know I am a fan of the L word... maybe not as big as some people  (since my fan-atics are mainly concentrated in the Alice/Leisha Hailey category)... but I still looove the show.

Well, the network has a wiki site where over this last season they had a contest. 

Each week there were random drawings of each person who participated. And then every entry was added up to eventually be drawn out of for the final grand prize.

Every once and awhile I would enter one of these contests, hoping that in the end I might win the 2nd place drawing ( L word dvd sets)

Well.... it ended up that I won the GRAND PRIZE!

Yes, my friends, I won the dress that Jenny Schecter died in!

I won "a piece of L Word history" according to the moderator who sent me the email.

Well, I will admit, at first I was a little disappointed, because I really wanted the dvds, and I knew someone out there really wanted this specific dress... but then I got to thinking

This dress is worth bank!

If I sell it to a loyal fan on e-bay I could make mega bucks and then buy as many L word dvds as I want!

So today, I checked the prices of basic Miu Miu dresses, sans the L word tag-line ...  and they can range all the way up to $2500! 

So now I am super stocked, and yesterday I got the dress in the mail and it is so so so cute!

Like, I would wear it cute.

But I am still pretty sure I want to sell it for some $$

So thats my tachycardia tuesday!

Pretty crazy right?

I am sure someone, some L word fan out there, is reading this and thinking that life is so unfair, and they cant believe that someone like me won the dress... and to you, I am so very sorry... 

but I promise I am a real, true fan.... and... I won!!
